QRAM was invited to participate in the Clean toilet competition organised by Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA) as part of their audit jury, from 24th to 25th November 2020. QRAM was represented by seven council members, namely National Chairman En. Hasan Hamzah, Deputy Chairman I, Dr. Indrakaran, Secretary-General En. Nor Azman, Exco
members Mr. Somasundran, Mr. Wilfred Yeo, Mr. Pramjit Singh and Mr. AC Lim together with one Ordinary Life Member, En. Othman Awang in the team.
This is the second year that, MBSA has sought the support of QRAM to assist in the toilet audit event, thus, raising the level of preparedness for their various categories of toilets around MBSA to a higher national level of expectation in future competition. The toilets audited were generally satisfactory, however, there were aome room for improvement, especially in the aspects of maintenance and training, as sighted by the auditors during the closing of the 2 days audit, chaired by Puan.
